Dr. R. Vijaya Raj Yadav is a practicing Chartered Accountant with professional credentials that include a postgraduate degree in commerce. He was awarded a Ph.D. degree by the Department of Commerce, SV University, Tirupati . He is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and The Cost Management Accountants of India (ICMAI) and holds certifications in concurrent audit and IDDB (Independent Director Data Bank).

He has handled diverse assignments, including taxation, financial planning and structuring, project financing, RBI & SEBI matters, and financial due diligence reports. He possesses in-depth knowledge of Income Tax, GST laws and practice, SEBI & RBI regulations, and company law. As a consultant to several large companies, he has provided expert advisory services on taxation and financial matters. Additionally, he has experience serving as an independent director.

Sai Pratap Kopparapu is a Practicing Chartered Accountant and Registered Valuer based in Hyderabad, with an extensive experience and a diverse range of qualifications. With credentials including CPA Ireland and DISA from ICAI,
